Testimonies from Malawi, So. Africa (and others)

"Who Am I?" zoom class testimony:

Testimony from Pastor Patrick Teputepu – Malawi, So. Africa

I’ve witnessed first hand the transformative power of God through Sue’s ministry. She taught us about our spirit-man and Redemptive Gifts, and it’s changing lives! Two women and two men were miraculously healed just by watching Mom Sue’s videos.

A lady who’d suffered chronic headaches for years, was completely healed.        Another woman who was tormented by evil demons, was set free.                            A man struggling with drunkenness, was delivered.                                                  A man’s marriage was restored – no more fighting with his wife!

It’s clear Sue Holsinger is a woman of God, anointed with the power of the Holy Spirit. She taught we are not just a natural man, but a spirit-man. 1Thessalonians 5:23

These miracles are a testament to God’s love and power. I’m forever grateful for Sue’s obedience to share the Gospel.

TESTIMONY BY ZOOM CLASS ATTENDER:

"Sue's classes are a double edged sword. You will experiencing very extensive teaching with real life transparent examples. Then Sue will lead you in prayers of repentance followed up by prayers of intercession. The classes are affordable and Sue is thorough, rich in experience, and sweet. In my opinion, all her classes are portals through which God can touch deep pain without condemnation, bring lasting deliverance and personal revelation. As Sue is ever increasing and growing in her own revelation and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit, she adds the insights to the next course. I personally have taken the same class over and over because Sue provides a doorway by which I encounter God. He meets with me in her courses and I believe He will do the same for You." JD

Praise report from someone I minister to and have done two in-house live-event seminars in her home.

Dear Sue,

The way God has prepared you for your ministry is truly amazing. He has moved through you in all the writing and teaching materials you have put together in the syllabus. Your anointing is beautiful, and the insights you receive from the Lord, along with your powerful prayers, have been such a blessing.

I often think back to the time at the house two years ago. The weightiness of the Holy Spirit came upon us many times during those days, but on the final day, the power of God filled the room in such a remarkable way. The anointing on your life was so strong, and I sat in awe of what God was doing through you.

Thank you, Sue, for all that you do and for your faithful obedience to the Lord's calling on your life. Your ministry has touched many people, and I am grateful for the impact you have had on me.

Blessings, J

Report from Pastor Patrick - Received June 14, 2026

1. EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Grace and peace to you, Mom Sue, in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord.

I write from Blantyre with a heart full of thanksgiving. Blessings Ministry is doing great work in Malawi by God’s grace and through your faithful teaching. This report covers three things: 1) Impact of our “100 Gathered Together” video discipleship model, 2) Distribution of your videos and translated materials, and 3) Full plans and budget for our Annual General Meeting on August 28, 2026.

The greatest news: God has multiplied. From 100 core disciples meeting weekly in Blantyre, the Word has spread. On August 28, over 2,000 people from southern districts will gather at Blantyre Community Grounds to watch your teaching, receive translated materials, and be commissioned for outreach. Total budget for this meeting is $4,000, and we will account for every dollar.

The 100 believers call you “Mom Sue” and “Mama wa Mawu” meaning Mother of the Word. Children draw pictures for you. Mothers pray for you daily. This report is my way of showing you the fruit of your obedience.

2. GREETINGS AND APPRECIATION

Mom Sue, you are not just a supporter from the United States. You are a spiritual mother to us in Blantyre and across southern Malawi.

Every video you send carries weight. Every written note becomes a teaching tool. Every translated booklet becomes bread in homes where English is not spoken. Your voice teaches us weekly even when you are not physically present.

On behalf of all 100 core members and the 2,000 people expected on August 28, we say “Zikomo kwambiri, Amayi Sue”. Thank you very much, Mother Sue. Your labor is not in vain. The Lord is using you to raise disciples in a nation that is hungry for truth.

3. OVERVIEW OF BLESSINGS MINISTRY IN BLANTYRE

Our mission remains clear: disciple believers, strengthen families, and reach the lost with the gospel of Jesus Christ.

In the past year God opened three major doors for us in Blantyre and surrounding areas:

1. Video Listening and watching Groups: Because literacy levels vary and many prefer to learn by hearing and seeing, your teaching videos became our primary training tool. We gather weekly, watch your teaching, discuss it in Chichewa, pray, and apply it.

2. Translated Materials: We set up a translation team of 6 volunteers. They convert your core notes into Chichewa and Lomwe. To date, 340 booklets are in homes across Blantyre, Ndirande, Chirimba, Chilomoni, Zingwangwa, and Mbayani. Husbands and wives read them at night. Children ask questions. The Word has moved from meeting place into homes.

3. Family and Community Restoration: Your teachings on forgiveness, marriage, parenting, and identity have touched real problems. 18 families that were headed for separation reconciled. Youth involved in drugs and idleness found purpose. Sick and grieving mothers found hope.

Blantyre and southern Malawi face real pressure: economic hardship, drought, unemployment, and false teaching. But in every challenge, your Bible-based teaching has brought light, healing, and direction.

4. THE “100 GATHERED TOGETHER” DISCIPLESHIP MODEL

When your first set of videos arrived, we started a simple structure we called “100 Gathered Together”. The idea was not to build a big church building first, but to build people.

How it works:

We gather people in groups of 10-25 in homes and church halls. Format is consistent:

1. Worship and prayer: 20 minutes                                                                                      2. Watch one of your teaching videos: 30-40 minutes                                                        3. Group discussion using translated notes: 40 minutes                                                    4. Prayer and application: 30 minutes                                                                          Each group has a coordinator who collects prayer requests, tracks attendance, and distributes materials. Members are encouraged to take “take-home packs” for those who miss a meeting.

Current 5 Core Groups in Blantyre:

  1. Chirimba Group: 20 members, meets Tuesdays, Coordinator Brother Daniel              2. Ndirande Group: 22 members, meets Wednesdays, Coordinator Sister Agnes          3. Chilomoni Group: 18 members, meets Thursdays, Coordinator Brother James        4. Zingwangwa Group: 15 members, meets Fridays, Coordinator Mama Elina              5. Mbayani Group: 25 members, meets Saturdays, Coordinator Pastor Peter

Total Core Disciples: 100 believers meeting weekly.

The power of this model is in the videos. When people see your face and hear your tone, the Word becomes personal. After the video, discussion is lively because your examples translate well into Malawian life. A farmer understands. A market vendor understands. A student understands.

5. IMPACT STORIES AND TESTIMONIES

Numbers tell part of the story. Transformed lives tell the rest. Here are testimonies from our 100 gathered disciples:                                                                                                1. Sister Agnes, Ndirande: Married 14 years with constant fighting and silent treatment. After watching your teaching “The Power of Forgiveness”, she went home and asked her husband for forgiveness for the first time. He wept. Today they lead the Ndirande prayer group and counsel other couples.

2. Brother James, Chilomoni: Battled alcohol addiction for 10 years. He lost jobs and respect. Your video “New Creation in Christ” broke him. He surrendered his life that night and destroyed his bottles. For 8 months he has been sober. He is now training to be a group coordinator.

3. Mama Elina, Zingwangwa: Lost 3 children to illness. She became bitter at God and stopped attending church. “God is Near to the Brokenhearted” gave her hope again. She now visits Queen Elizabeth Central Hospital every week to pray for sick mothers and share your booklet.

4. Youth Group, Chirimba: 23 young people were idle, involved in drugs and theft. After your series on identity and purpose, 15 gave their lives to Christ. They started a worship and drama ministry using principles from your teaching on worship.

5. Pastor Peter, Mbayani: He was discouraged and ready to close his small church. Attendance was low and finances were tight. “Finishing Strong” revived his faith. He reopened with new vision. In 3 months, 40 new people joined and 12 were baptized.

6. Brother Samuel, Chirimba: He had anger issues and beat his wife. After your teaching on “The Fruit of the Spirit”, he repented publicly. He now leads men’s meetings on self-control.

7. Sister Mary, Ndirande: Single mother of 4, living in poverty. Your teaching on “God as Provider” changed her perspective. She started a small mandasi business. She now tithes and supports 2 orphans.

8. Youth Leader Chimwemwe: Was planning to leave Malawi for greener pastures. Your teaching on “Serving Your Generation” convicted him. He stayed and now disciples 30 youth.

These are 8 of over 50 testimonies we recorded this year. Every group sends new stories monthly. Mom Sue, your teaching crosses language and culture because the Holy Spirit is on it.

6. VIDEO AND WRITTEN MATERIALS DISTRIBUTION

Between September 2025 and March 2026 we received 48 teaching videos from you. We organized them into 4 series for easy discipleship:                                                       1. Foundations of Faith: Salvation, baptism, Word of God, prayer                                      2. Healing and Wholeness: Forgiveness, dealing with grief, faith for healing                    3. Family Life: Marriage, parenting, raising children, communication                                  4. Prayer Power: How to pray, fasting, spiritual warfare, intimacy with God

Distribution Methods in Blantyre:

1. Weekly Group Viewings: Each of the 5 groups watches one new video weekly using TV and solar power system.

2. USB Sharing: We load videos onto USB drives. Members watch on phones and pass the drive to neighbors. Over 200 phones in Blantyre now have your teachings.

3. Written Notes: After each video, we print 3-4 page summaries in Chichewa. 1,200 copies have been distributed so far.

4. Take-Home Packs: For members who travel or miss meetings, we give USB + booklet + 5 discussion questions.

Feedback is consistent: people remember 70% of what they see and hear from you, versus 20% from just reading. Your simple English translates cleanly. Your stories about faith and struggle touch Malawian hearts.

7. TRANSLATION AND LOCALIZATION WORK

Language is a bridge to the heart. Your English is clear, but Chichewa opens the door for rural and older believers.

-Translation Team: 6 volunteers in Blantyre. 3 are teachers, 2 are youth, 1 is a retired pastor. We do not translate word for word. We adapt examples so a farmer, vendor, or bicycle taxi rider can relate.

-Progress to Date:                                                                                                               1. 32 full video transcripts translated and printed                                                               2. 12 core teaching booklets completed in Chichewa                                                         3. 4 booklets translated into Lomwe for communities near Mozambique border               4. 1 glossary of key Bible terms to keep translations consistent

The biggest blessing: mothers who never read English now lead discussions in their homes using Chichewa notes. Teenagers help grandparents read. The Word has truly come down from the mountain into the village.

8. CHALLENGES WE FACE

Mom Sue, I share honestly because you are family. The work is great, but challenges are real:                                                                                                                             1. Power and Equipment: Load shedding in Blantyre makes TV use difficult. We rely on solar, but need more power banks and solar kits for the 5 groups.                                      2. Printing Costs: Paper and ink prices have risen. We reduced booklet size to serve more people with less money.                                                                                              3. Transport: Coordinators walk long distances to collect USBs and deliver reports. Bus fare is a burden for many.                                                                                          4. Leadership Training: 100 people need shepherding. We need more trained group leaders to maintain quality discipleship as we grow.

Even with these, God provides. When one door closes, He opens another. Your continued prayers and teaching carry us through.

9. ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING: AUGUST 28, 2026

12. PRAYER REQUESTS

Please stand with us in prayer:                                                                                         1. Power and clarity during video screening                                                                       3. Strength and wisdom for translation and logistics team                                               4. Rain for southern Malawi farms, because hunger affects ministry attendance           5. Your health, strength, and anointing, Mom Sue. We pray God gives you long life to keep teaching us

13. CLOSING WORDS

Mom Sue, when I think about what God is doing through you, I am amazed. You are in the United States, but your voice is raising disciples in Blantyre and southern Malawi. Distance means nothing to the gospel.

The 100 core members pray for you daily. Children ask, “When will Mama Sue come?” Old women save maize to send you as a love gift, though I tell them your reward is in heaven.

August 28, 2026 will be a historic day for southern Malawi. We are expectant. Please keep teaching. Keep writing. Keep sending videos. We are hungry for the Word, and God is using you to feed thousands.

I remain your son in the faith,                                                                                            Son Pastor Patrick                                                                                                          Lead Pastor, Blessings Ministry                                                                                    Blantyre, Malawi                                                                                                              Phone: +265 999587346                                                              Email: patricteputepu@gmail.com

Report from Pastor Patrick - June 6, 2026

Update for Mom Sue

Today’s work went well. I spent time updating and teaching people about your teachings. It was a really good time with everyone. Your teachings are truly anointed and people are receiving them.

Love,

Son Patrick

(Pastor Patrick asked me to create 9 videos for their 3 day Easter weekend conference. As you read the testimonies, realize that my teachings were about our identity in who God designed and created us to be as spirit-beings, speaking blessings to our legitimacy and identity, and how important knowing our God-designed Redemptive Gift. I didn't speak healing or deliverance, but them hearing God-s truth about who they are made the difference and brought healing and deliverance to many. Praise God!)

Resurrection Conference 2026 Report to Mom Sue – Date: April 15, 2026 – Easter weekend – 3 Day Conf.

Beloved Mom Sue,

I write to you with a heart full of awe and gratitude for what the Lord did here in Blantyre. The Resurrection Conference was a divine moment—heaven touched earth, and we know it was because of your prayers, your teaching, and the faithful giving that stood behind us.

Leaders Convinced – Your Videos Carry Power:

Mom, I want you to hear this clearly: the leaders are convinced. After watching your 9 videos across the three days, apostles, bishops, and pastors came to me in tears saying, “These teachings are not ordinary. The power of God is on them.” Many testified that as you taught, yokes were broken and eyes were opened. “Is not my word like fire,” declares the Lord, “and like a hammer that breaks a rock in pieces?” Jeremiah 23:29

The anointing was so present that leaders kept asking for copies. They said, “We must get this into every district. This is what our churches have been missing.” Your videos did not just inform—they transformed. For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword. Hebrews 4:12. The leaders saw it with their own eyes.

3 Days of Glory – Over 3,000 Touched:

Over 3,000 people gathered. Every session the Holy Spirit moved. People were healed during the teachings—back pain left, deaf ears opened, hearts were mended. The testimonies kept coming: “I was set free while Mom Sue was preaching on the resurrection.” “God healed my daughter as we watched video six.” We saw Acts 10:38 again: “God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and power, and He went around doing good and healing all.”

Intercession and Fellowship:

We stood for Malawi, praying against floods, drought, and cyclones. We declared Psalm 91 verses 1 to 2 and Zechariah 2:5 over our nation. We broke bread together like Acts 2 verses 46 to 47, and the joy of the Lord was our strength Nehemiah 8:10.

We also lifted you, Mom, and the whole team in prayer—for health, strength, and our growing relationship. 3 John 1:2 is our daily prayer for you: “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”

A Special Thank to you and two others who donated financially:

Mom Sue, please pass our deep gratitude to Scott and his wife. Their financial contribution was a lifeline. Because of them, we fed the hungry, secured the venue, transported village pastors, and ran all 9 videos, so their support and yours helped part of the needs to be solved. God loves a cheerful giver, 2 Corinthians 9:7, and heaven has recorded their seed Matthew 6:20.

Please tell them: Thank you for standing with us. Let them continue to support the work of God in Malawi. The fruit they are part of is eternal. We are also praying and believing that when God provides, we can invite Scott and his wife to come here to Malawi with you. We need them to be part of Mom Sue’s family. We will be so happy to receive them with you, too. How good and pleasant it is when God’s people live together in unity! Psalm 133:1

The Cry: Come Teach Us Live, Mom:

The people are asking daily, “When will Mom Sue come teach us in person?” Leaders are begging for more. They need Bibles in every district. They need teaching centers. That’s why I will be traveling around with your translated materials in Chichewa, playing the videos in villages so no one is left out. How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news. Romans 10:15.

Tools for the Harvest:

To reach the districts, we are trusting God with you for:

1. Laptop – to carry and protect all 9 teachings

2. Projector – so whole villages can watch together at night

3. Small Printer – to print translated notes for leaders to study and teach others

Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and He will establish your plans. Proverbs 16:3. We believe Philippians 4:19 for this provision: “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of His glory in Christ Jesus.”

We love you, Mom Sue. Malawi has tasted the resurrection power in your teachings and we will never be the same. Thank you for mothering us. Thank you to Scott and his wife for giving. The field is ripe, and together we will reap.

With honor,

Your son, Patrick, Blantyre, Malawi, So. Africa

TESTIMONIES – Email – May 6, 2026

(Pastor Patrick has been showing the videos from my recent 2 week zoom class - "Who I Am - I'm Yours, Lord." This is his praise report.)

Dearest Mom Sue,

Greetings in the precious name of our Lord Jesus Christ!

Mom, I want to thank you again for the teachings and materials you faithfully attach to the emails. We receive them with joy and immediately translate them into our mother language, Chichewa, and distribute them freely. Your work is not staying in files, Mom. It is going into hearts.

Miracles are everywhere and we praise God! Lives are being transformed. The blind are seeing truth, the broken are being restored, and souls are coming to Christ. Truly, “The word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword.” Hebrews 4:12. Your materials are Spirit-led, Mom. You are so anointed, and we feel the fire of the Holy Spirit in every page.

Mom, the impact in Malawi is huge. Because of your obedience, districts are being touched:

- Blantyre– Churches are using the teachings for discipleship

- Mulanje– Youth groups have started weekly studies

- Phalombe– Testimonies of healing and deliverance

- Thyolo – Pastors are being equipped to teach truth

- Nsanje – Families are being restored

- Ntcheu – New home fellowships have begun

- Salima – Many are coming to Christ in the villages

- Mangochi – Even in hard-to-reach areas, the Word is spreading

As Jesus said in Matthew 9:37-38, The harvest is plentiful but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” Mom, we want to be those workers. We need to reach many more with this ministry.

This brings me to a prayer request, Mom. We are trusting God for well-wishers who can support this work monthly with any amount for a year or two. The need is great: printing costs, transport to remote areas, Chichewa Bibles, and organizing gatherings. Each of you should give what you have decided in your heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver” 2 Corinthians 9:7. Even a little can go far here. “And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus” Philippians 4:19

We stand on Isaiah 55:11 So is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it. Mom, your word is not returning empty. Malawi is proof.

Thank you for saying yes to God. We love you and cover you in prayer daily. “I thank my God every time I remember you. In all my prayers for all of you, I always pray with joy because of your partnership in the gospel - Philippians 1:3-5

With much love and gratitude,
